Need a highlight for your summer? Find it at Tree of Life
Lutheran Bible Camp, a one-week summer camp in the beautiful Sierra
foothills! Our program is for both children and teens, from those
just starting grade 4 to those just out of high school. We offer a
week of Bible study, Christian fellowship, and just plain fun
in God's great outdoors.
Volunteers are always needed! We have no paid staff,
so we rely on volunteers for everything we do.

7/17/2025: We were richly blessed with a great camp 2025 last week! Many photos and videos are in our gallery now, with hopefully more to come! Videos of the Friday skits, songs, and devotion are included.
As a bonus, a whole evening of missing videos from 2024 has been uploaded now too!
If you were at camp and have photos or videos that we can post, please let the webmaster know! A great way to make your photos available is to put them in an album on Google Photos (Android) or Apple iCloud Photos (iPhone) and share the album with webmaster@TreeOfLifeBibleCamp.org. Another good way is to email them as attachments.
For most board meetings and orientation meetings,
you can participate via Zoom.
2025
Board meetings via Zoom will be held
approximately once a month, as needed. Contact a board member if
you are interested in attending.
Saturday 1/18/2025, 10:00am: Annual general membership
meeting for 2024 (delayed) with elections to the Board of
Directors on Zoom. Up to two
representatives from each of our supporting WELS and ELS
congregations may vote in the election. A board meeting will
follow.
Saturday 3/8/2025, 10:00am: Board of Directors meeting on
Zoom (postponed from 3/1/2025).
Saturday 5/17/2025, 10:00am: Board of Directors meeting on
Zoom (postponed from 5/3/25).
Saturday 6/14/2025, 10:00am: Board of Directors meeting on
Zoom (rescheduled from 6/7/25).
Saturday 6/21/2025, 10:00am: Camp staff
orientation via Zoom. Staff will also
receive links to online materials to watch online anytime.
Sunday 7/6/2025 – Saturday 7/12/2025:
Camp dates for 2025.
Check-in time for campers is 6:00pm – 7:00pm Sunday.
There will be no Sunday evening meal.
Camp closes at 11:00am Saturday. Please pick up your children
promptly.
Saturday 7/26/2025, 1:00pm (tentative date): Post-camp feedback
meeting, via Zoom and hopefully also
in-person, location to be announced. Staff, campers, and parents
are invited to attend this meeting and give feedback on this
year's camp to help us improve for next year.
The annual general membership meeting with elections to
the Board of Directors on Zoom will
also be held at this time. Up to two representatives from each of
our supporting WELS and ELS congregations may vote in the
election.
2026
Sunday 7/5/2026 – Saturday 7/11/2026:
Camp dates for 2026. (Note the change from the previous tentative dates!)
Fees in 2025 are $575 for the first camper in a family and
$300 for each additional camper. Little Lambs (children below camper
age who are at camp with a staff member parent) are now free.
Snack bar cards are available in $5, $10, and $15
denominations, with $15 maximum recommended per camper. We recommend at most
$10 for Juniors and Intermediates. Campers with snack bar cards do
not need money during the week, and we discourage bringing it.
Registration and fees are due three weeks before the
first day of camp. Please register
online. Late registrations are accepted when space is available.
Please telephone or email to reserve a space if your registration will
be late.
Donations to camp are gladly accepted! They will be used to
help keep our fees affordable for families and to provide fee reduction
scholarships to those who need them. We are a 501(c)(3)
nonprofit corporation, and your donations are tax-deductible. (Note
that camper fees are not donations and are not deductible.)
Donate by check: Make donation checks checks payable
to Tree of Life Lutheran Bible Camp, and mail them
to Timothy Mann, Camp Treasurer, 518 Channing Ave., Palo
Alto, CA 94301.
Donate with Zelle: Zelle is a free online service
that lets you make payments from your bank account. For information,
check with your bank or see www.zellepay.com. Give
treasurer@treeoflifebiblecamp.org to Zelle as the address to pay
to, and include a comment saying the payment is a donation.
Thrivent members can direct Thrivent to donate to camp through
the Thrivent Choice program.
